So the saying goes, right? We all have ideas about what makes truly great friends. Generosity and sincerity top the list for me, but I'm also not one to argue that friends with weed are great folk too. What were we talking about again? Right, lets hear it once again for the homies. The rippers who are always there to get the session stoked, to back you up, or to lend a hand. To throw that first high five after a trick, and to help sweep up the spot or rub brick and wax the ledge. As skaters we make our own families, our own crews, and while each one has it's most noticeable cast, all the homies are the dudes who really keep it going day in and day out. We all keep this boat afloat together.
Nureldin Maslu - Backside Nosebluntslide on the B St. Ledges. Nureldin was casually throwing these out as we were skating this spot, and nailed the one he landed.
Pierre Masek came from Deutschland to skate with us jerks: a true homie.
Alex Ridriguez came through with this pop shove after everybody else had given up on the session, leading to much hype and good times.
